ResponsibilitiesDescription/Purpose of Position:Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by the development of effective recruiting strategies.QualificationsEducation:Four-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other applicable degree program. An equivalent amount of work experience may be substituted for four-year degree.Experience:Two year’s experience in two or more functional areas of human resources to include employment. Experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.Technical Skills:Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.Other:Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws as they apply to human resources management.
