We are seeking a skilled and organized Personal Assistant to provide remote support to a reputable jeweler. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the jewelry industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organized the jeweler schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the jeweller.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, discuss inquiries, and provide updates on orders.
- Coordinate with the jeweler to ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Assist in processing and tracking customer orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Update inventory records and assist in managing stock levels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
- Conduct research on gemstones, jewelry designs, and emerging market opportunities.
- Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and logistics for the jeweler as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using communication tools, project management software, and office applications.
- Knowledge or interest in the jewelry industry is a plus.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Reliable internet connection for remote work.
