In addition, our industry expertise and knowledge within financial services, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing, Technology, Media and Entertainment, Pharmaceutical, Health Care and service industries ensures our services are customized to meet specific needs.Job DescriptionRequired Skills:At least 3-4 years experience working on Implementations/ development projects and/or support & rolloutsSAP BPC 7.x/ 10.x (preferred) and/orSAP BW-HANA PAK (Planning Application Kit) and/orSAP BW-IP (Integrated Planning) or SAP BPS (Business Planning and Simulation)Candidate should have good experience in Planning & Budgeting Business processes – Annual Planning (Sales Planning, Cost Planning, CAPEX Planning, Planned Financial Statements/ Reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and MS ExcelKnowledge on SAP BI Analysis Office or EPM Add-In or preferably bothExperience in creating planning templates/ workbooks/ reports in SAP BPC and/or BW-IP/ BW-HANA PAK and/or SAP BPS and/or MS ExcelExperience in Unit and Integration Testing for Planning/ Budgeting solutions on SAP BPC and/or BW-IP/ BW-HANA PAK and/or SAP BPS, FICOExperience in UAT Support, fixing and testing UAT issuesExperience in Consolidation process/ BPC Consolidation Implementation (US-GAAP and/or IFRS) is highly desirableWork Responsibilities:Building or changing planning templates, workbooks, reports in SAP BI Analysis Office (Excel)Testing Planning Templates/ Workbooks/ Reports by creating master and transaction data and running the planning cycle (from Sales & Cost Planning, CAPEX Planning to Financial Statements Planning/ Reports) UATSupport for business testing users, fixing UAT issues and testing the fixesCutover activities – Keeping production system ready for business go-live: data loading and testing, global settingsWorking on CAPEX Planning and other planning scenarios on SAP BPC, SAP BW-PAK – Requirements gathering & analysis, design & configurationImplementation of BPC Planning & Consolidation modules depending on requirements in different phasesExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to plan, be detail oriented, and possess deep problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of SAP lifecycle developmentAbility to draft and execute test plans, and properly validate resultsAbility to interact well with (and support) business users of the systemFollow established processes, policies, and procedures for designing, developing, and implementing system solutions
