Role Description: SAP ERP Manager •Project management: Leading SAP implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget •Client relations: Building strong relationships with clients, acting as an advisor, and communicating complex concepts •Solution development: Providing strategic guidance and tailored SAP solutions based on their knowledge of the industry •Business process improvement: Identifying optimization opportunities and enhancing business processes •Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with SAP projects •Team leadership: Leading and mentoring SAP professionals, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance •Technical and functional teams: Managing SAP technical and functional teams •New solutions: Investigating and developing new solutions •Regional priorities: Defining and executing regional priorities •Liaison: Liaising with transversal functions •Performance management: Promoting a strong culture of performance management
