Job Summary:
We are seeking an SAP functional lead to help us develop, improve and maintain our SAP S4 Hana ERP.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of ERP, and be passionate about agile development.
Participation in full development life cycle is expected, including but not limited to design, implementation, testing and deployment. The right candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is capable of working alone or as part of a team.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities:
- Management of Technical objects including serial number management, Equipments, Functional Locations and Work Centers.
- Design and Development of Warranties and preventative maintenance processing.
- Experience with Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Processing, Notification Types.
- Familiar with Configuration of entire master data, Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans.
- Coordinate extensively with business users, functional and cross-functional team members, developers and integration resources.
- Able to prepare both functional specs, as well as process and End-user documentation.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP PM/MM solution capabilities and business process configurations.
- Configuration of master data and be able to guide and train the users on Business Process.
- Significant, proven customizing experience within SAP PM/MM.
- Thorough knowledge of business processes within SAP PM/MM.
Job Qualifications:
- Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of leading functional teams in all SAP related activities.
- Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration related to PM.
- Analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design.
- Previous experience with SAP Plant Maintenance with Fleet Management.
- Hands on experience on SAP PM production support and Functional Testing.
- Previous experience with S/4 HANA.
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
Education/Experience/Training:
- More than 5 years and above in large-scale SAP deployment, support and/or upgrade projects on the following modules: MM and PM.
- Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills required. Must demonstrate ability to successfully interact effectively with all levels in the organization.
- High level of initiative and critical thinking to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions.
- Comfortable working with multiple projects of data and diligence when managing detail.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Time management and ability to complete work under tight deadlines.
Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $125,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
