Scheduling Expeditor
Summary
Scheduling Expeditor is responsible for field and vendor schedule adherence and all scheduling tasks of the division in support of the resource planning activities.
Contacts:
Daily communication with TP’s, CM’s, RPM, DOC, along with Associates and other outside entities. External contacts where the matters discussed require some resourcefulness, patience, and clarity.
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
- Preferred to have had experience as a construction manager or equivalent job
- Must possess a professional attitude to represent the company in a positive manner
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Valid Auto insurance coverage
- Advanced PC skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and JD Edwards
- Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
- Able to simultaneously perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with little oversight
- Must have a good understanding of the construction process and how the scheduled tasks interact with each other
