The Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor plays the critical role of leading a team SOC Specialists in monitoring building systems, including surveillance, communications, environmental, and alarms.

Pay Rate: $49,000.00 annual

Job Summary:
The Security Manager – Security Operations Center (SMSOC) reports directly to the Deputy Head of Security Administration (DHSA) and is responsible for providing day-to-day operational leadership to a team of SOC Specialists.
A major part of the SMSOC role will involve his/her ability to communicate with SOC Specialists, Security Management, and other Museum staff. This role is responsible for day-to-day interactions to administer programs in the areas of training and development, emergency preparedness, and policy enforcement as it relates to the monitoring and communication of daily and emergency operations.
