Job Description:
Delphi-US is a full-service technical recruitment firm headquartered in Rhode Island and serving clients throughout the United States. Our growing client list has led to a high volume of job orders, and we are looking to add a Senior Technical Recruiter to our contingent labor division.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will:
- Source and qualify potential candidates for technical aptitude and soft skills
- Manage candidate tracking in our database
- Provide summary writeups on submissions to Sales
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Extend offers to potential hires and close
- Onboard candidates
Qualified candidates should possess:
- 3+ years of agency recruiting experience
- Experience working with contractors/consultants (preferable)
- Technical sector experience (preferable)
- Hybrid (Newport, Rhode Island) work location
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone presence
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office applications
- Capability to handle many open job orders at one time
- A commitment to delivering white glove consultative service
