Description
As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with our Account Executives and perform as the sales team’s solution expert. You will oversee comprehensive discovery efforts, own the solution definition process, and configure and deliver tailored demonstrations throughout the sales cycle. Your role will involve replying to RFXs, POCs and Trials, and discovery workshops. By staying ahead of industry trends and advancements, you will ensure our solutions adhere to best practices and meet client-specific requirements, with your expertise being crucial in configuring our software to tackle complex challenges and promote sales and customer satisfaction.
