Position Overview:
The Individual Giving Specialist provides nationwide support in the pipeline development and stewardship of donors giving to the National MS Society. This position strategically solicits and stewards donors giving through individual giving revenue channels, to create meaningful experiences and to uncover additional giving potential. The Specialist actively works to qualify and develop a pipeline of new and retained prospects through a defined portfolio of donors giving at the $1,000-$2,499 level. This position plays an active role on relationship management teams to develop and support moves management planning for all assigned prospects and moves donors with higher capacity and interest up the Individual Giving team pipeline. While this role can be performed remotely, this position will manage a portfolio of donors from the Midwest to the West Coast. Travel in and to assigned markets and weekend and evening donor functions is required.

Estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $48,000 – $63,000 based on our average compensation schedule. Final offers will be based on candidate geographic location and consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.
