Responsibilities Assist cardiologists with cardiac procedures and exams including stress tests. Maintain and monitor systems, equipment and supplies for assigned department.
Perform complex and technical electrocardiograms per the request of a physician in the diagnosis of arrhythmias. Utilize MUSE operation and function to include acquisition, editing, transmission and retrieval of data. May provide clerical support for assigned departments. Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications Job Requirements: HS Diploma One (1) year of related experience in a healthcare environment ACLS within 6 months of hire CPR Preferred Job Requirements: Associate’s Degree in CVT program from an accredited institution National Certification (RCVT/MA/EMT) Basic Arrhythmia course Completion of EKG course
