The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be an integral part of the internal recruitment strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Screening, sourcing, and liaising with stakeholders, senior managers, and directors to ensure a timely turnaround on every internal hire.
- Directing regional recruitment activities to support internal headcount growth.
- Building and developing relationships with local universities and colleges.
- Utilizing LinkedIn and other job boards to find suitable candidates.
- Partnering with local managers to understand requirements and office needs.
- Creatively promoting the company through social media accounts.
- Building rapport with colleagues across all levels and developing strong working relationships.
