Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Fort Worth, TX Job ID: #69790 Pay Range: $25-45 On-Site Only (Not Hybrid, Not Remote) The Talent Acquisition Specialists responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling day-to-day recruiting processes, screening and presenting candidates that are aligned to the position profile, and managing the candidate flow. The Specialist will be responsible for conducting phone screens with qualified candidates and coordinating additional interviews with qualified candidates. Duties may include administrative tasks, such as collecting references, maintaining file records, managing data within the ATS and other assigned tasks. EXPERIENCE:
+ Must have two or more years of recruiting work experience strongly prefer recruiting of professional level Mechanical, Electrical and Aerospace engineering disciplines.
+ Must have exceptional telephone skills including appropriate business phone etiquette and a clear, distinct voice.
+ Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred.

+ Screen and pre-qualify applicant resumes, select appropriate applicants for each specific position to move forward in the interview process.
+ Conduct phone screens with qualified candidates and coordinate additional interviews with qualified candidates.
+ Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.
+ Maintain good relationship with recruiters and candidates.

+ Ability to accurately evaluate candidates for our open positions.
+ Able to learn and explain technical positions within the company.
+ Experience with ATS software, job listing sites, social media, and Microsoft Office products.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize without compromising quality of work.
+ Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, time management and analytical skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to function in a high volume, dynamic environment subject to change in strategy and procedure.
+ Able to work with deadlines.
+ Ability to succeed in and contribute to a team environment.
