Your Impact as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll: Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to source, evaluate, and onboard the best candidates for diverse roles.
Champion Inclusion and Compliance: Educate stakeholders on fair hiring practices and ensure adherence to EEO and AAP requirements.
Drive Talent Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment programs, from career fairs to innovative sourcing strategies.
Enhance Onboarding Experiences: Create seamless, welcoming processes for new hires, ensuring a positive start to their Pasha journey.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in HR recruiting or employment programs administration.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with ATS platforms (Jobvite preferred) and knowledge of hiring-related labor laws, ADA, EEO, and OFCCP compliance.
Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to guide, train, and inspire hiring managers while fostering positive candidate experiences.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills to ensure precise data management and reporting.

This role is based in a corporate office environment and requires up to 10% travel, including trips to U.S. locations such as Hawaii.
