The specialist helps to ensure that learning initiatives align with global business objectives and support the overall growth and success of the organization. This role will report into the Talent Management Manager based out of our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas.Responsibilities:+ Work closely with key stakeholders and the Talent Team to implement a skills focused development strategy that enhances learning & development at Sabre.+ Design and deliver visually appealing, informative and effective development content, workshop materials, and e-learning courses.+ Partner with internal technical experts to administer learning technologies and tools, that ensure the dynamic and impactful delivery of training programs.+ Build strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders to repurpose and promote development content across various channels, initiatives and campaigns.+ Identify and analyze emerging trends and innovations in learning and development, translating them into valuable, actionable insights for Sabre team members.+ Partner across the function by contributing to global People Team projects as needed.Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:+ Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience.+ Global learning & development experience is a plus.+ Exposure to Workday, Adobe Captivate, Adobe InDesign, Articulate 360, Canva is a plus.+ Consultative mindset with the ability to anticipate development needs and advise on best practices.+ Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels and diverse cultures.+ Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills.+ Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage various projects.+ Positive attitude and flexible mindset.+ Hybrid working environment, 3 days per week onsite at the office in Southlake.+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.Sabre Offers The Following Outstanding Benefits+ Very competitive compensation+ Generous Paid Time Off (25 PTO days)+ 4 days (one day/quarter) Volunteer Time Off (VTO)+ 5 days off annually for Year-End Break+ We offer a comprehensive medical, dental and Wellness Program+ 12 weeks paid parental leave+ An infrastructure that allows flexible working arrangements+ Formal and informal reward, recognition and acknowledgement programs+ Lots of fun and engaging employee development eventsReasonable AccommodationSabre is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to applicants with disabilities.
