Job Title: UAT Tester (SAP)
The Opportunity for You:
Join our dynamic team as a UAT Tester for the significant SLM project migration to the latest version of SAP. In this role, you will provide essential support throughout the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring that the transition is seamless and meets the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for validating system functionality, identifying data needs, and collaborating with the IS&T team to address any issues. Your efforts will span the entire testing lifecycle, culminating in sign-off during the change management phase.
Key Success Factors:
- QA Testing Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Ability to create detailed test scenarios and effectively execute them.
- SAP Experience:
- Experience with completing SAP transaction codes (t-codes) and validation processes.
- Understanding of service applications such as Mobile Genius, Repair Central, and GSX.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Strong problem-solving skills with an inquisitive nature.
- Detail-oriented approach to identify issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Nice To Haves:
- Prior experience working at Apple or within Apple-related environments.
- Experience with Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) processes and tools.
