As a Technology Services Management Trainee at BNSF, it is designed for ambitious graduates eager to dive into the tech side of the transportation industry. This is a full-time position located in Fort Worth, TX. For certain positions, including this one, employees can work one day per week remotely. Our leaders also foster a culture where work life balance, which requires flexibility for when life happens, is important and respected.
Travel is minimal, must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Relocation is required if located more than 50 miles from the location.

Key responsibilities may include:
Develop and implement critical transportation applications to improve BNSF’s operational efficiency.
Support infrastructure projects by enhancing network and security infrastructure.
Use analytics tools, such as train sensors, machine vision, drones, and more, to interpret and visualize data, supporting decision-making and operational insights.
Gain knowledge of critical safety system design, data modeling, data science principals’, .NET, C/C++, Python software development, web development custom designed frameworks, project management, and various internal systems.
Be exposed to the methodologies and principles associated with critical systems that demand a highly available and safe infrastructure.
