Job Title: Part-Time Recruiter
Location: Littleton, CO
Are you looking to join an exciting and innovative non-profit? AimHire is proud to partner with a non-profit providing solutions to effectively manage water, supporting clients across the US and internationally. They are hiring a part-time Recruiter to support their team.
This is a 6+ month contract role where you can expect to work 25 hours minimum per week paying $30/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Create job descriptions, write job ads and post job ads on recruiting sites and internal website
- Interview candidates and track them in ATS
- Fill 12 new jobs in 2025, ranging from specialized engineers to admin roles
- Focus on full-cycle recruiting with no onboarding responsibilities
- Most hires come from job postings (LI, Indeed, etc.) and resume screening; sourcing for difficult searches is an exception
- Ensure candidate experience, follow up, and make job offers
- Notify candidates who aren’t moving forward and coordinate interviews with hiring managers for those who are
- Work with HR team on other HR needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous full cycle recruiting experience
- Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed) and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively
- Previous experience creating job descriptions and posting them on various sites
