Production Assembler Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Assembler to perform sub-assembly and basic assembly operations. Responsibilities include preparing work, positioning parts, and inspecting finished work to ensure quality. Essential Functions: Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and gathering necessary parts Position and assemble parts and subassemblies Assist in building prototypes when needed Maintain a clean and safe working environment Contribute to team effort by training others in basic assembly tasks Inspect finished work to ensure it meets requirements Document actions by completing production and quality forms Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to use small hand and power tools safely Read and interpret Drawings and Bills of Material Basic computer skills Ability to read and understand verbal instructions in English Education/Experience: High School diploma, GED or relevant work experience Desirable: 0-1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment Physical Demands: The work is classified as Medium – Heavy Physical Demand Level (PDL) by the US Dept of Labor’s Dictionary of Occupational Titles Why join us?.
