We’re looking for a driven, experienced Recruiter who’s passionate about matching top-notch candidates with exciting opportunities at our company.As a Recruiting Specialist, you’ll be leading full cycle recruitment, supporting Advisors Excel and our related entities. You’ll partner with managers to pinpoint staffing needs, build diverse talent pools, and guide candidates through a personalized, high-touch experience every step of the way.We’re looking for someone who’s not just organized and flexible but who thrives on curiosity, loves to connect with people, and is passionate about promoting the company’s mission. If you’re ready to make a big impact, we want to hear from you!What you’ll do:* Manage recruiting process from beginning to end for multiple openings at a time; including but not limited to development of job descriptions/job postings, resume review, multi-step interviews, scheduling, logistics and extending offers* Provide an exciting and positive candidate experience; convey core values and promote OneAE Culture to prospective employees* Build and maintain working relationships with hiring managers; advise on best practices, act as a sounding board on hires, and regularly communicate throughout the process* Partner with hiring managers to identify target traits, skills, experience levels and other criteria for specific openings* Source and recruit diverse pool of candidates, including passive candidate recruitment on LinkedIn* Manage onboarding communication with new employees* Manage and create proper documentation for internal moves* Build and maintain knowledge of company divisions to effectively communicate with candidatesExperience you’ll bring:* Previous experience in recruiting or hiring capacity* 2-5 years of professional office experience* Experience conducting interviews over the phone and in person* Customer-focused attitude and a track record of providing a high-touch customer experience* Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication; excellent relationship building skills* Strong assessment skills, curious minded, and objective* Organized, versatile, and flexibility; able to manage heavy workload with shifting priorities* Must possess great initiative, be self-motivated, and dependableBonus Points:* 2-5 years of experience in recruiting role* Experience with passive candidate searches* Understanding of variety of industries and professional job functions* Experience with applicant tracking system, passive candidate sourcing tools/techniques like Linked in* Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookWhat you’ll get:* Amazing benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching options)* Generous PTO package from your start date* Access to an on-site café, gym and even an on-site primary care physician* Continuous personal and professional development opportunities* Recognition for hard work & exemplary performance* Employee Sponsored events….
