Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

• Actively search for potential candidates using various sourcing techniques, including social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and Boolean searches.
• Engage with candidates, assess their qualifications, and maintain candidate databases.
• Develop and nurture a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage with passive candidates who match our requirements.
• Build relationships with professionals who might be a good fit.
• Encourage existing employees to refer potential candidate in their networks.
• Create and nurture talent pools and regularly communicate with potential candidates.
• Use advanced search techniques to refine candidate searches.
• Share job openings and engage with potential candidates.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular reports to recruiting and HR leaders on talent pipeline progress.
• Track metrics such as conversion rates (how many candidates from which channels converted into hires), passive candidate conversion, and interview stage progression.
• Understand the efficiency of your sourcing processes and the desired candidate experience.
• Dive deeper into data trends and patterns.
• Provide credible insights for better-informed attraction, candidate review, and hiring decisions.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability.

Recruitment Marketing:

• Craft compelling recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Promote our employer brand through targeted messaging and networking.
• Other duties deemed necessary and appropriate for this role

Qualifications

• Established experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
• Understanding of telecom industry dynamics and talent needs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or similar field preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required
• Strong research and candidate generation skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other tools.
• Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new techniques and skills
• Knowledgeable on how to source candidates well beyond the confines of LinkedIn and share that strategy with the talent acquisition and human resource team.
